FAQ

How many movies makes Hollywood each year?

Each year, Hollywood studios produce approximately 3,000 films. That's right, three thousand!

Hollywood spends billions to advertise for these movies. They spend millions on their production. They also spend millions marketing them. However, how many actually make it to the theaters?

It's probably between 200-300. What happens to the 2,700+ other films? Well, most are either made as direct-to-video releases, or they just sit there gathering dust in storage vaults.

Some of them may not be seen. Some of them are available for distribution via Netflix and Amazon Prime, Hulu Plus or iTunes, Google Play, and others.

So why don't we see more of them? Why are they not released in theaters? They're too costly to produce.

They would be released in theaters if they were less expensive to produce.

That's where my expertise comes in. I can help guide you in the best way possible to put your movie in theaters.

I'll show you how to maximize your return on investment (ROI) and increase your chances of seeing your movie in theaters.

Because let's face it...

It can be hard to get your film into the theaters. The process can be complex and lengthy.

It may also cost you plenty of money before you even get started.

It is even more difficult to distribute your film within a limited timeframe.

There isn't enough time in between the time a movie is finished and when its theatrical run starts.

Are foreign sales worth more to Hollywood than domestic?

Yes, but only slightly. About 17% of total revenue was generated abroad in 2017. Domestic revenues made up 83%.

Over half of the world's population is actually located in overseas markets.

This means that people who may never have the chance to see a movie at home might still be curious about your movie.

What are the salaries of actors?

For independent films, the average salary for an actor is less than $100,000. The typical actor earns around $10,000 to $20,000 per movie. Many actors don't get paid. It depends on what actors are successful. Some actors make millions while others struggle to find work.
